Digital Products
Refunds are not applicable on digital products since they are delivered immediately upon purchase.

Physical Products
Refunds are only applicable if the product is not delivered to the customer. In all other cases, refunds will not be provided.

For physical products, if you have not received your order, please contact our support team at support@wisewonders.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number.
